Default the gixxer game

When i was leaving work today...right b4 i got on the highway, i saw a pack of gixxers. Gixxers are all i see around my parts. So when i got on the highway, i decided to count how many i saw just to pass the time. I live 42 miles away from work, in that 42 mile drive home....i saw 17 gixxers on the higway. 21 bikes total i saw. I called my cousin when i got home ( a gixxer owner ) n told him next time hes out on a trip, play the 954 game.....to pass the time. I bet he sees 1 tops. Anyways, this just makes me more happy to be a 54 owner!!!!!

I couldn't agree more - I really enjoy having a bike that you don't see around every corner; I usually get compliments on it. Not to mention the fact that it is one of the best bikes ever!!!!

thats my exact thought. i got my 54 cuz no one else had one around my area that i really knew. i didnt wanna go with the standard R1 or Gixxer1000 so i got the 954. what happens maybe 3 months after i get mine. 2 of the people i ride with from time to time got them too lol. dont bother me thought really, its still pretty rare that i see another 954 on the road.

it is really rare to see one. but hell, i think that the 954 has a timeless look to it. it never gets old. none of the other 1k's i've ridden handle as well as the 954 does. people ask me why i wanted a 954 over a gixxer/r1/zx10r/etc. and i always tell em the same thing - i wanted a propper and practical liter bike thats reliable and easy to work on.
