Default Exhaust valve motor removal

I put in a HASS eliminator awhile back and it has been working great. I have the bike striped apart because it is getting new paint and I have easy access to the motor that controls the valve that is no longer on my bike. If I take that motor deal out will anything bad happen, as in the fi light coming on? I dont see why it would, especially since it no longer has the valve anyway. It is the half-*** circled deal in the picture....

If You Remove The Servo Motor, The Bike Won't Start. Found This Out Over The Weekend.

Or if you know how to use soldering you can make it at home only few $.
