Well as soon as this snow ***** off, I'll let you know. I must admit though, to finding the Blade a little bit scary! Mind you, that's exactly why I switched from the 600s. I've had the CBR600RR7 and it was a brilliant bike, but it never scared me once. The Blade on the other hand feels like a bit of an animal and I'm gonna pay it some respect until we get to know one another!

Its that "little bit scary" that keeps the perma-grin flowing!

Wow, that is nice, i think i saw this on ebay, was it up Scotland way ? I remember the rearsets and thought it looked mint.

The scary bit you mentioned is just why i am about to upgrade from my 600.... but i don't even have the RR version, i have the CBF600.... The really slow one to your old bike, so my jump will even be more scary !!!!

Yes Hudson, it was indeed the one on Ebay from Scotland! He also had it on PistonHeads for £3300. He was selling it to fund a car and I was trying to sell my wife's old Megane but could only get £2000 for it, so I contacted this guy in Scotland and asked him did he wanna swap - and he did!!

So I drove 357 miles and did the swap. Sadly, I lit up the (BRAND NEW) back tyre at the first corner and it spit me off LOL. Easy tiger!
