Yeah I took old seals out and cleaned them, put silicone grease on the dust seal and brake fluid on the piston seal like it says in the manual. I made sure everything was super clean. I'm thinking the old seals just got cooked and stretched out over the years, so got some new seals and pads coming! Hopefully this fixes the problem, and thanks again mika_u!
