Yeah, and if the dealer can't do it off the number, a lock shop should be able to re-tumbler the lock for MUCH less. It shouldn't take much to take that off yourself. I had ignition problems on my 99 Prelude with an immobilizer and I dealt with a dealer (quoted $1100 in electronics including ECU) and a lock smith who did it for 80 bucks. Just take your time and find the best, most cost effective route.

The numbers are by the pin that locks the handle bars.On those one way allen bolts I would remove the upper tripple clamps put in a vise and chisel them off.Then you can use regular allens to mount it all together.If anybody else has a different wayI would also like to know for the future of corse
