from what I've heard they are both sound the exact same... they just look different ... buuuut the C2 and C5 are for the 600rr and 1000rr I believe...

Have a gander here, it will explain all about the C series.There is also an M series too, they are all the same performance wise (or so they say). The difference is the appearance. http://www.exoticsportbike.com/two_brothers.htm

The only difference is looks, they sound identical. It just depends on whether you like the narrower oval pipe or a fatter one.

I'd give anything to get to hear my D&D again...
It is loud but to me never unbearable... but if you want something a little more low key it's definitely not the right pipe for you.
