For those that have this kit (or are familiar with it):

1. Does it provide a license plate mounting bracket as well? If not, what do I need to buy (or fabricate) to mount the license plate?

2. Are the turn signals bright / easily visible?

3. Any other recommendations?

I have the Targa kit and I love it. It's got the bracket with turn signals attached (they're bright, normal bulbs and don't require any extra resistors, etc.), a license plate light, and it's only $50. Search for it on ebay.

 

I would call them and ask them, then you know for sure 100%. It looks like there is a plate bracket. I would also assume the lights will at least be adequate, or they would not sell them due to safety issues.
