Default CODE 9 NEED HELP ASAP!!!!! NEED SENSOR

Okay this is the promblem. When i changed the spark plugs i cracked the intake air temperature sensor. i tried to call the honda dealarship in jacksonville, nc but they can't seem to find it. i leave for bootcamp in like 17 days so you know im trying to hurry and get it so i can get some ride time in before i leave. can anybody help me. tell me where i can get one, if your selling spare parts or you know a website please help another ryder out.

damn that sucks, my f2 was down wit carb problems when i left for basic so i got no riding time till bout 8 months later! ur best bet is to take bobjoe's advice cuz u wont find it on ebay thats a rare part. what service did u join? please tell me air force or navy! where u headed to?

yeah i joined the airforce. get paid to lay in the shade. working on jet engines and test flying. so it works out. get to learn extra ways to juice up the 954 and get to see what mach 1 and all that feels like to. that's some real speed there. hahaha

im in the army, but i talk sh*t to friends and stuff that talk bout joining the army or marines. hows the search goin wit the sensor? try bikebandit.com they will have it and im sure u can get it sent over night. have fun wit the basic and ait thing trust me its still the best time i ever had since bein in the sevice and thought about switchin mos just 2 go to ait again (but i luv bein a grease monkey in the army, learned alot by workin on all kinds of stuff)

hey thanks alot for the help i was able to gix that sensor today. and im back riding and doin standups. thanks alot.

i ended up getting the piece from bike bandit. it was like 15 bucks compared to honda. they called me back saying the piece is like 80 bucks. it took me like 2 minutes to put it in.

yeah bikebandit and ronayers are good for gettin hard to find pieces at good prices. ebay i found front oem fairings for like 330+ new, on ron ayers they got it for 270 shipped plus they use the parts diagram like the honda dealership so ur gonna get what u need.

I have always had good luck with bike bandit. Great prices and they have most everything in stock.
