Don't know how many links you need but, I would not use a 520 on a liter bike.

just about half the ppl who have the 954 do chain conversions to 520 chain...
Its plenty strong and less rotational mass. Iv had mine (15t, 45t, 520 chain) on for more than 8k miles and never had a problem- and I run it HARD

My 520 has about 2,000mi on it, and I haven't even adjusted it yet, but then again, I don't ride hard.

ive had my 520 for about 5000 miles and its holding up alright (it def. does stretch though, i have to adjust it about every 500 miles or so).... i commute and ride hard sometimes.... if you're stretched, there's going to be more stress on the chain and if you really are going to spray...you dont want a 520... i wouldnt go 525 either...

Your gonna need I believe its 140. If i remember right with a stretch kit i was running 108 links. They sale the 140's. Stick with the 530's with a -1 +2 she will be a beast with that stretch and that gearing. When you get it put it on the drag strip to confirm it....
