Default CBR954RR Electrical Problems. Help!

Hi there, my 2003 954 has various problems and i urgently require any info that will help.

1. Display/instrument lights do'nt come on when i turn the ignition key.
2. Display/instrument lights come on only when pressing the starter switch. FI light keeps blinking.
3. The bike starts but shuts off as soon as i take my finger off the starter switch. It also starts going nuts [jerking/re-starting]if i press the left indicator.
4. Bike overheats really quickly and spews coolant in an instant.
5. Upon shutting off the ignition, the display lights remain on but the left indicators start going nuts.

Any info would be welcome. I'm losing my mind.
Thanks,
K.

Have you checked all the plugs ins? I noticed one of my main plugs up by the radiator cap was melting and would occasionally kill the bike? Maybe a computer going bad?

Start by checking all the wires up front and see if you can see anything that can be causing a short.

Start by checking all you fuses. Then what code is the Fi light flashing? It sounds like you have a short up front in the wiring. I would check all the connections that come off the clip ons and the ignition plug in. There is a big cluster of plug in where these all lead to.
