I took everything apart. Dropped injectors in a can of 44k, blew out later with compressed air. Same with rail. I removed fpr, exactly how does it work? It isn't leaking so no problems there.

Any way I can test injectors? And test the harness for injector pulses?

*EDIT* Forget the FPR. Who knew the D series honda motor has the exact same FPR on it.. probably the only one who didnt know that. My friend had one left off his CRX after a swap, so i took it, it will be going on my rail. That will at least eliminate any possibility of the FPR being an issue

i KNOW im about to regret asking this but.....

Will the pressure sensor keep it from starting with too much oil?

the screens full. I have no idea how, because last time i checked it, it was low, and i added a little. I think i just didnt let it settle long enough, but either way, its hella full. If the bikes overfilled, will it run?

<===== i could keep doing that all night

To put your bike into diagnostic mode and see if it's registering a code this is what you need to do ..

Firstly, make sure the ignition is off ...

take off your seat and locate the diagnostic terminal under the seat behind the battery ... if I remember correctly, it's a small red terminal behind the battery that's not connected to anything ...

Jump the two plugs in the diagnostic terminal with a small wire ...

Turn the key on and flip the right hand switch to RUN ...

When the gauges come on the lil red light on the gauges will either stay on solid (which means no code is registered) or it will blink in a series of long blinks followed by a series of shorter blinks (which is a code number) ... If the bike throws out a code just post back here with the number of long and short blinks and we'll figure out which one that is ... if it doesn't throw out a code, then we will rule out alot of the sensors with that ... either way this is a pretty quick check ...

I'm not 100% positive on this but I think the BAS cuts the power to the fuel pump relay when it trips ... if anything we could think about bypassing this temporarily as a last resort ...

Ok good, so we've probably ruled out the FPR by doing this (hopefully anyway) ...

Hey hey take it easy on the forehead man ... We're gonna work through this one way or the other and get you out on your bike runnin the road ASAP ...

Overfilling the bike with oil will not stop it from cranking and running ... the right way to check the oil is to lift the bike up on two wheels off the kickstand like it would be if you were on it and look through the sightglass to see what the oil level is ... if it's too high, you might wanna think about draining a lil oil out till you can see the level ...

I also have a few ways to test out a fuel injector to see if either it or the fuel injector circuit would be bad ... they all involve a multimeter and take a lil time so let me know if you're up to that ....

EDIT: I also noticed in your first post that you said the gauges were flickering alot when you were trying to start it ... it kinda sounds like you might have a weak battery too .... try hookin a couple of jumper cables up to a NON RUNNING vehicle battery or a battery charger to give it a lil extra cranking juice ... don't start the vehicle up if you use one cuz the 14 volts put out be the alternator would be a lil high for your bike to start off of and could result in a blown fuse or two ...

Report back and we'll see if we can make any progress and get ya out on the streets ...

Ok so i ran the diagnostics, and i got a code....errr codes....

Im guessing most came from me turning over the bike with injectors unplugged, spark plug testing, etc.
I have Code 1, 9, 12, 13, 14 and I BELIEVE 15, but im not sure on that, i missed seeing it twice

So is there a list of these codes? Id like to know them, i havent found them though

Wooooo man .... ok here we go ...

Code 1 = MAP sensor fault
Code 9 = Intake Air Temperature sensor fault
Code 12 - 15 = All injector fault codes (that's from having the injectors unplugged)

They're all available on the downloadable https://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-954rr...-manual-23443/ that fRacer 954RR posted up in the 954RR section of this forum .... download it and live by it man ... that's something great to have right there ... They're in section 5 and it just goes down the list ...

Dang. Code 1 and 9 are from having the airbox disconnected too, so no codes. This is bad haha
