Have got steel lines,have checked mounting bolts,have bled the system and the pads are about 1 year old.

minimum thickness isstamped in "mm" on your rotors, just change a new set and take care of the headache.

Rotor thickness 3.7 mm and not warped.

and while you are at it.. swap the rotors or ride with the shudder, it's up to you. There is nothing else to do. You never said if the shudder is only when wet and 1 year on pads means nothing. How many miles and how hard you use them is the key.

Problem solved. I noticed front wheel bearings were slightly worn.I had them replaced & the shudder has gone away. Thanks to everyone for your help
