Getting ready to replace my air filter on my 02 954 and was just wondering should I go with stock or bmc race.....I have always heard stock was best way to go but, some think it is better to use bmc race....Anyone using the bmc race filter know for sure that it's better than stock or does anyone have dyno info ?......thks

 

I use a BMC race and I know it flows more air than any other filter out their.

who cares, you can reuse it. if it flows as good as the stocker, its worth it. i have it, it does work. but you need to get rid of the flapper, and get a pc and map it to really see the benefits of an aftermarket filter.

 

I have BMC race as well it is workes as avertised if you do the flapper mod (do a search) and have a juice box or power commander to remap the fuel.
