Well i noticed today a little bit of oil on my forks, my bikes still sitting on the stand i made....its been sitting on the front tire for about 2 months. Im sure it has nothing to do with that. I was wondering what you guys pay to get new seals and the oil in them changed. I would do it myself, but im back to work now...so im doing 50-60 hours a week. If anything i'll prob just take the forks off myself and bring them to the shop, to save some money, instead of them charging the labor of everything. My cousin told me, he got charged like over 400 when he brought his bike in to get just one seal replaced. F*** THAT.

 

I was told $250 with parts and labor from a dealer. The local suzuki shop said $180 but they didn't have the honda tools. I have a set of fork seals I bought to put on the bike I sold. If you want them PM me it will save you a little money.

 

had them changed on my f4i, cost $148 for parts and labor. dropped the bike off and picked up the next day.

 

DO NOT USE AFTERMARKET FORK SEALS. Only use the Honda fork seals if you replace your seals.

 

Really? cause I got aftermarket fork seals for another 954 but I never put them on. They go bad fast or what? What aftermarket ones are bad?
