Part # is 51490-MN8-305, its about $21 for the seals. My local Honda Stealership was charging me about $200 to change mine. I haven't gotten it done or shopped around but will do soon. Hope it helps

I just rebuilt my front forks replacing the seals, bushings, and copper washer, all Honda OEM along with fresh fluids. Did it myself with the help of a couple buddies and it only took 3 hours. Parts were under $100 all together.

It's an easy job and the only special tool you need is a seal driver (41mm). Well, it can be done without one with things like pvc pipe. It just makes the job easier having the right tool. I bought one and the thing paid itself off with one job. I highly recommend using Honda seals, but there are aftermarket seals available if you're in a pinch. Just look around on eBay.
If you take this job on, one word on the removing the seals. Sometimes the seals become stuck when they have been in for a while and the bike has been stored outside. It takes patience, a good vise, and a good torch to get these things out.
