Its in and working! I thought my initial test on the unit was all F%#$ed up. But a quick email to Heal tech proved everything is operational! Its really nice to know how fast you are really going! The top speed re-call is pretty cool as well. Your speed just pops up on the speedo when you press the button. Here is a note though. Be careful where you mount the recall button. If you happen to get lit up by the local P.D. Make sure the officer doesnt know what it is. Mount it in a discreet location............or erase the memory real quick........

 

if you turn the bike off and then turn it back on will it reset? i ordered one a couple weeks ago and i dont have it yet. i was just curious.

 

Nope! It stays until you depress the button for a couple secs. to reset it. I recently returned home from a ride. The wife knows what it is........She pressed it! Not Good. It started with a 1 and had 2 other digits behind it! I got the doghouse that night........

 

So your true speed will show on your speedo at all times? or only when you push that button?

 

True speed at all times until you press recall. Then it will show up for a couple secs then dissappear and return to your true speed.

 

Ok gotcha......thats more money to fork out lol. Feels like its never ending.
