My bike runs rich on idle , black spark plugs and whenever I pop open the tank so much air pressure... Any advise on this?

 

See if your vent tube is plugged or kinked. It's one of the rubber hoses that runs off the bottom of the tank down through the bike and out the bottom. You've had that tank off so much, that it probably been pulled out of place.
