Is the lower stay bracket ( the bracket that holds the front and is connected to the frame) adjustable? Meaning if i loosen the two bolts, can i adjust it up or down?

I'm kinda having alignment issues between the front cowl and side fairings...there are large gaps on the upper part where the two fairings connect. I figured if i could maybe pull the lower stay up a bit, i could somehow lessen the gap and align it better....

is this possible?

 

You can get about 10mm movement by loosening the two bolts on the lower stay.
