Default Changing valve seals?

Anyone done this before? Are there special tools required? It looks like a pain in the butt. Two of my cylinders appear to have leaky valve seals

I'm going to replace my valve cover gasket first. It's leaking oil into the spark plug holes. I'm not positive the valve seas are leaking, but two of the throttle bodies always have a little oil around the lip and a small amount around the valve seat. It doesn't smoke, so it can't be a very bad leak.

Any oil in the airbox is probably from the crankcase ventilation.
