Ya I need to tighten up the chain... I just took off the back wheel and had not really got it into the correct position yet... I do need a new chain and sprocket anyone know of a good place? maybe a conversion?

I like my muffler im going to keep it that way and i also like the look of the taillight for some reason... idk just my cup of tea..

Nothing wrong with that, hope you didnt take it like i was ******* you or anything. If you like it thats all that matters, im not here to judge.

As far as chain and sprockets, i personally like the driven kits, i have had great luck with them. they look nice and last a long time if taken care of. You can even get colored chains and sprockets if you like. There are a few places you can find them, i would just google it and see who has the best prices right now. They are a little more expensive than say a vortex kit, but worth the extra $ in my opinion. My opinion is go with at 520 kit, and choose your gearing. I think -1 in front is perfect for the 954, gives a little more snap and low end. A lot of people like the -1 +2 kit (very common as well). I tried that one myself but found it to be a little too low of gearing, but thats just me.

So go with a -1 and just +0? how many teeth does the regular 954 have? i cant remember and my booklet is on my other computer. also how far off will the speedo be? I still have to register this badboy since it was a salvage.
