Default About to complete my Project

Hey guys, I am looking for some more mods and also have some questions that I need answered If you could help.

Well I have almost completed my complete rebuild of my 2003 honda cbr 954 Bought it for 2k salvage.

Have since bought new fiberglass fairings, getting painted flat black on monday. Also rear swing arm powder coated black. Bought a New gas tank

- Cut stock exhaust to 1/3 of size or about 11 inches long.. looks sick.

-repainted the Frame flat black with clear coat

-Painted the Under tray gloss black and the rear tire gloss black.

-I am having trouble though with the front rim, I can not get the rotors off the front bike. I mean the thread lock they used must but just completely glued in. Should I take the wheel to a Honda dealer, Since I need a new tire put on and have them take it off?

What other mods have you guys done?

I hope to have some pictures by next friday, im doing the paint job myself as I work with ppg directly.

To remove your rotors use brute force or use a heat gun to warm up the locktite and then try again.

I actually realized i was using standard allen wrenches and not metric... Went and got metric and it worked perfect... I have the front rim painted now... so check that off my list...

Have you done any mods yet?

Well I have the ****iest luck ever... I have a pinhole size hole in my fuel line thats leaking gas. I took the lines off and cut off the bad hose and tried reinstalling. Its not leaking but i ran out of gas... I hope because my engine started misfiring and all kind of stuff... When i slosh the tank though theres not liquid sound, so im hoping its only a no gas problem...

Give me until wednesday or thursday... Fairings are getting preped and painted on monday... not sure though if im just going to use ppg primer and then flat clear it or go primer with flat black color then flat clear... I may try to do it in water color with metallic in it... that would be nuts..
