Hi all,

Great to join this forum, i am from Belgium and recently bought my 954 with an issue.
Bike have diffeculty revving after 7000rpm and making like a pinging noise at this rpm,
i bought it like this and wanna repair it myself.
This all happenend after the last owner has let the cylinderhead change because a worn sparkplugthread, i checked the position off the cams its normal.
Any ideas, thx.

 

Is your exhaust valve opening and closing properly?

 

Yes, you can see while revving.

 

Are you running a PC?

 

Does it have a HTEV? Sounds like this might not be opening.
