954 CA model with O2 sensor

hey, I have 954 CA model with O2 sensor on the exhaust, does any one know haw to by-pass the O2 sensor without illuminating the check-engine light. Please let me know, thanks

for the sensor bypass Dynojet (who manufacture the PCIII) sells one as part number 76423005.
