No new subframe. It only took a small amount of cutting and welding on the old subframe to get the tail to match up. I had to make new mounting brackets to mount it to my subframe though.

i just got my 03 954 and was lookin to see if the tail swap was able to be done and i see that you did but i cant view your pics for some reason i was wondering what all did you have to change like subframe wise
