No new subframe. It only took a small amount of cutting and welding on the old subframe to get the tail to match up. I had to make new mounting brackets to mount it to my subframe though.

any pics of the install process? cant wait to see the bike all put back together and painted.

any way you can snap a side profile shot from alittle further away?

i just got my 03 954 and was lookin to see if the tail swap was able to be done and i see that you did but i cant view your pics for some reason i was wondering what all did you have to change like subframe wise
