will the 929 gauges work on a 954? My gauges on my 954 somehow got a huge scratch across it and my buddy has 929 gauges he will mail me but only if I know it will work.

i dont believe so i think the connector is different.. where is the scratch.. i know where you can just get a new top cover for it... i replaced my cover on mine before
