Do you mean just going from 530 to 520, keeping the stock number of sprocket teeth, or changing that as well? Changing to a 520 will reduce some of the rotational mass of the drivetrain and should free up a little power. The racers use aluminium rear sprockets to take full advantage of this but they wear very fast. Realistically, you won't notice a difference more than likely. Now if you start altering the gearing you will definitely notice lol. If you do decide to go the 520 route, make sure you choose a chain with high enough tensile strenght rating to take the power our bikes produce. You definitely don't want a chain breaking loose and taking your leg with it.
