it deff not falling out of gear.. alot of ppl are telling me its the clutch all my freinds that i ask are saying it.. im making sure i switch exactly proper so that i know its deff the bike not me and trust me it is the bike

I have a 03 954, so to replace 4th gear... should it be a quick swap once the case is split off the trans? I just this bike to find out 4th's teeth are worn or broke off. So this winter I'd like to read up and replace the gear.
