DOes any one know if the rear tire hugger from an 04 1k will fit on a 954.

They are a completely different design, because of clearance of the rear shock on the 1krr. However it may clear on the 54, and i believe the bolt hole pattern is the same. All that said ,i cant be 100% that it would fit, i can say it would look weird though, it wont sit flat on the swingarm, so you will have big gaps in it.
