Default Undertail exhaust for 929

I saw a picture of a 929 with an undertail exhaust, but can't find it anymore. Looks ok, but kinda wierd sitting under the tail light unlike the newer bikes. I'm ok with the old school look, but undertail exhuast are pretty sweet...if I do decide to get one, anyone know where to buy it???

What do you guys think???

if it is a yellow and black one it is on www.sportbikez.net under the 929 page but cant tell u exactly where it is. i was goin to do the undertail wit my 954 untill i decided to lower and stretch it. i wasnt lookin to buy one but instead take my bike to a local muffler shop and have them weld some pipe onto it. thats what i was lookin to do wit makin a undertail rather than spendin about 1800 on a undertail.

I've seen one on an ERION but it was more than just an undertail set up, he had a modified rear tail section to make it work!

Did you make the tail or was that part of the package?

Ok, I did a little research and found the answer on another CBR site. Seems as if the exhaust is made by BOS out of Holland. I think someone said that Wolf makes one too. Reviews didn't seem too good for the price of the exhaust....

I've got a BOS underseat on my 929 also.I like it, but it's got to be one of the most complicated exhaust systems ever and doesn't sound that great either (my Micron with HTEV eliminator sounded way better IMO)...but it does look awesome! Be prepared to spend an entire weekend installing it and figuring out how to relocatethe computer and such, LOL. Also, if youever happpen to breakthe taillight lense or need a spare part...be prepared to haveto havepurchase it fromthe UK.USA dealers stopped importing the system years ago cause of all the problems associated with the install.

However, if you do ever buya BOS systemand need some spare parts...I havecontact info for a guy named Andy from a big time motorcycle store/business in the UK that can hookus upwith spare BOS parts, if needed. Guess I should also mention that thereareonly about ~12 more spare taillight lensesleft in existence for the cbr 929 BOS exhasust system. They're not making anymore either, soafter that, they're gone! I know cause I broke mineand spent an entire week tracking down someone (Andy) that sold spareBOS parts. I ended up getting3 lenses whenI onlyneededjust to be sure that I'll have enough. LOL. Anyhow, good luckwith the install if you get one. Later.
