I run Michelin 2CTs... I also run 55 series on the rear... For decent deals on Michelin try STG: http://sportbiketrackgear2.homestead...ghomepage.html

Hard to go too far wrong with any of the major choices: Bridgestone, Pirelli, Metzler, Michelin, etc.
I have M3s on now and I prefer them to the BT014s that were on, except that there is a lot more road noise from them though I much prefer the front-end feedback.

In part your choice will depend on what kind of rider you are, where you ride and what is important to you.

my bike had wore out pilot powers when i bought it,,,thought id save a little dough and got conti's for 200 bucks to my door,,well it was a $200 mistake,,,hated them,,no grip, didnt last, constantly causing me to have premature heart attacks,,,and to top it off the profile was alot skinnier than the powers which isnt a big deal but i did like the profile of the wide looking powers,,,needless to say the contis came off last month and got another set of powers,,,believe me you wont be disappointed

I've run the pilot powers on both my bikes and I love them. Great grip, even in cold or wet weather.

The 2ct's offer nothing over the regular powers when it come to street riding. They really shine on the track, even then many people, atleast here, still prefer the standard pilot powers.

Strange because I was reading that the 2CT were essentially a regular power with 10% (front) 11% (rear) softer edge. They go on to say that regular Powers were a very capable tire. However, the 2ct's were the first Michelin I have ran on my bike and so far I am very happy.
