I can clutch 1st to 3rd standing or sitting and 1st and 2nd standing on the seat with stock gear with ease. Just looking to slow it all down. I already have a cage its a FI cage, but it will be forsale soon so I can get my SI cage. Any ideas were I can snag a good sprocket/chain setup for a good price?

I may not know a whole lot about the mechanics of bikes but I did catch on pretty quick with clutch wheelieson my 929 so i may not b of much help but like Lamby said start with low r's and work your way up, these 929's are awsome wheelie bikes (in my opinion) once you learn to take control of the beast.

I kind of agree with they choppy throttle bit (Geared -1 +5). That's where the brake comes into play. I usually hold my throttle pretty still and use the brake here and there to keep it at the balance point.

Afraid of the throttle? By far the 929 is the easiest bike to bring up that I have owned. (clutching) That consistancy makes it more appealing to me rather than some of the 600cc bikes that seem to come up different every time, or requires a very specific speed to bring it up in a given gear.

take the exhaust valve out and the flapper in the air box push forward and put a screw in it to keep it down .... that will help take away some of the snappiness out of it.... my erion has a cut down jardine slip on with cage and bar (of course) and 1 down and a 50 in the rear... i do mostly parking lot stunting with just a little highway stuff.... highway is 4 or 5th gear... its all good... have fun with that thing... one of the best stunt bikes... if all you want is parking lot stuff buy and f4i and trailer it to the spot..
