Default Speedo marking wrong speed

If there's a thread about this, I did not find it.

My speedometer marks 70mph when I am really riding at around 60mph.

How can I fix this?

thank you in advance

Your bike is off about 7% from the factory with 16/43 gearing. If the gearing has been changed then its off even more. My 954 with -1 front and +1 rear is off 14.4%. I purchased a SpeedoDRD from the company below. It allows you to input any correction factor that is needed to correct your speedo. They are very small and easy to install.

sounds like I should fix the height before doing anything. I want it to be even, right now it is lower in the front.

thank you im looking into that device. (expensive tho).
