I left it there in good faith, that was really stupid on my part. I had nowhere to leave it while I was moving, I already had 2 quads and 2 dirt bikes to get moved, the truck was completly packed. I left it there and said sell it if you can or I will be back later to get it. So nothing documented and now they will pay nothing. So I had a friend pick up what was left and take it to the junk yard. Those end over end flips at 80mph really do a number on things. There is not one piece that could be salvaged. So I guess I will start building my 06 cbr, and start over.

 

Did you give them permission to let people ride it?
They would have got a cut of the money if they sold it right?
They are taking advantage of your "Good Faith".
You need to speak with a lawyer and not say one more word to that shop. You seem like your giving up with out fighting???
