Default Sad Sad Day

I moved here and left my 929 in colorado and was going to go back and get it in a couple of months. I left it at a local motorcycle shop on consinment. Some guy was very interested in buying it. He test rode the bike and totaled it. Now it is in the big scrap heap in the sky.

Oh wow that is really crappy. I am sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hopefully you can get some compensation for it and another bike will be in the future.

What? Did you have insurance? I'll bet the company has insurance. Will you be compensated?

Its things like these that can really f*&^k up a persons day. If the shop is anything resembling some semblance of professional you should be fully compensated for your loss. Also, did you sign any papers stating that the shop was responsible if anything like this happened. I would get a really good kick *** lawyer who will threaten to make every effort possible to close them down if they do not compensate you. Talk with the owner/manager and tell him this is exactly the action you are going to take. Document all the hours and monies spent on the bike and show receipts. Noone should suffer and indignity like this. Whatever you do , do not give up on these guys. Go after them until they are sick of hearing your voice or seeing your face. Sometimes we have to be what we are not in orderto get what is rightfully ours. Good luck and sorry to hear of your misfortune.
