sup guys..great site and lots of great information here. question is...do i have to go to dealer for the new bulbs for the rear stock running lights on an '00 929 ?? hopped on the bike the other night to find that they werent working. turn signals work but no running lights on the rear. replaced one front running light with a dual purpose bulb from an automotive store but the ones i bought to go in the rear dont work except to allow turn signals to function. so seems as if the connection is good but the running light function just isnt there. anyone have to deal with this prob if so would greatly appreciate a reply so i can fix it. thanks

 

The ones you bought were most likely not a dual filament bulb. Get the duals, and you'll be fine.
