Hey stealth, you look at rogue51's ? they got some good info to spice up that 51. As a 51 owner myself i would highly recommend going -1/+2 on a 520 conversion and doing the soft rev mod, ditch the emissions crap if you can and get a lithium battery(saves about 10 lbs) and with a pc3usb fine tuned you will not have the same bike, that is if you dont have these mods already. DURBAHN also has some good stuff but its expensive. just throwing some info out

This past summer at Roger Lyle's Motorcycle Xcitement track day at Summit Points Shanendoah track, Chuck Banks brought his dyno. My 94 CBR F2 made 86hp. Then a beautiful RC51 did a run, it made 115hp. I thought it would've been more. The sound of that thing doing its run was friggin amazing, like being at a Metallica concert. I was blown away by the sound. I want one!

Yes, I know its a twin, but I just thought the hp would be more, thats all. I know the torque would be way up there, thats for sure, but didnt get the torque numbers.

Back in the day - that was a pretty good number from a twin. I know now the Panigale and KTM bikes are making over 180hp - but the 998 I think only claimed 120hp... (Colin Edwards WSBK RC made 180hp - I have no idea how they got THAT much power out of it...)

I'd love to own an RC51.... and then mess it up by modifying it beyond recognition...
