So i decided to take apart my bike plastics to have them painted because it was half the price... Now that its all said and dont i was able to put on the bottom fairing and the sides but i cant figure out where the head shield and the little pieces go including a u shaped piece with holes in it... Im completly lost concidering i was expecting to have issues getting it back together but not this bad its been a week and i do not know what to do.....


Someone please give me step by step directions on how to do this im completly lost i feel like im gonna end up parting out a mint condition bike =[...

Any and all help will greatly be appriciated!!!!!!

 

Go to Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Accessories and look at the online fiche. Its like a puzzle it usually only goes one way.

 

I regret doing this s**t it wasn't worth it now it looks so,k but wont go back together for nothing

 

Post pics and we can help more. It sounds like you are talking about the upper fairing or maybe the inner fairing pieces that fit beside the radiator. There is a u shaped inner piece that fits at the bottom of the lower fairing in front of the exhaust...

 

Not trying to be a dick, but if you can't figure out how to put the plastics back together, I doubt you could part out a whole bike. Even more, why would the plastics not being on mean that you're screwed to the point of no return?

Now, what model bike is it? Post pictures and maybe we can help more. Besides that, keep trying things until they fit?

 

I think you are "over-reacting" its not that serious. I guess the most difficult thing would be those inner fairings but its not that difficult. Breath and relax.....I usually put thos inner fairings on the front fairing, then put the front fairing on, then build the sides to that..... post pics of where youre at now
