What is the usual operating range of the temp?

The manual tells me that the thermostat is fully open at 95C (203F).
I noticed in extended slow traffic it was up to 103C or so.
What do you guys see?

 

Im usually around 80-85C while driving, ive seen it go up to 105C in town doing stop and go at red lights and it's not summertime yet.

 

same here, around 80 on the road and 104 not moving
