i got a really good deal on a 00 with 17k miles but it does need some work for one when i am around 4k rpms or so it starts to miss and bog down a little bit but once i get past that it hauls azz and there is also a slight clanking noise coming from the bottom of the bike that happens when it is just sitting there the rpms tend to surge slightly when this happens the bike did sit for about a year cause the guy thought it needed a new motor but it was just a unhooked vacuum line that i found after i bought it i did take out the old gas and put in new i knew it was gonna need some work but i only paid 800 bucks for it this is my first bike and i didnt wanna spend alot of money just in case i crashed also the bar that holds the clamp which keeps the back seat down is broken and i was wondering where i could find one of those with the lock etc thanx in advance

 

my bad also the power commander when i plug it in the bike wont start and there is only one green bar lit do i need to reprogram it or is it bad
