RE: need some advice
520 kit is fine I wouldn't go down more than one sprocket in the front and leave the stock rear otherwise its goign to want to be on the rear wheel alot. The 530 chain is stronger but a 520 is sufficient. The biggest difference you will notice is less rotating mass. I personally have had bad experiences with aluminum rear sprockets so I'd steer away from that.

thanks triax glad you chimed in i value your input.just ordered a did x-ring 530 chain ,,just trying to find some steel sprockets but it seems stock sizing isnt very popular,,all im really finding is factory honda sprockets that is to get steel and 16\43,, wasnt sure about dropping teeth do a good bit of highway cruising and wasnt sure about the rpm change. my buddys 954 with 15\43 is at about 56 or 5800 at about 60,65 does that sound about right?

My 929 has a 15/44 setup and it is just too busy for me on the highway.
I am going back to 14/44 and see what happens there. 15/44 is about
9% up on standard, 14/44 about 3%.
