i thank everybody that tried helping with my fuel light problem... i found out that something is wrong inside the fuel pump itself... I dont really want to put 350 out for a pump just because my light wont come on... Does anyone know if theres something i can do. like can i just replace the piece thats messed up or do i have to replace the whole pump? thanks

The sensor is on the module with the pump and filter. The pump is seperate and independant of the sensor. See if you can get the sensor and module without the pump. I know you can get the pump and filter seperately.
