Default My 929 build is done watcha think

Well to start I bought the bike about a year ago. It was a killer deal, but was in very poor condition also had a rod through the block. So I found a 03 954 motor with a bad tranny and swapped the 929 trans to the 954 motor. It has taken forever but it's finally finished. Mods are 954 motor, c&s swing arm(not sure how long seems to be slightly over 12"),powder coated everything(done by myself),chrome rims, cut down upper and screen(i didnt like the original look). Clear led tail light,(hid's soon to be installed), d&d exhaust, pc3, multi function hub, nitrous oxide 35 hp shot. Not to much of my style I figure I'll ride it for a bit and then sell for a stock style newer model. Also I still need to have a bracket welded up for the rear caliper. The paint is a custom mixed one I got at the paint store, it's kinda like a black cherry maroon, it was actually a mess up but I liked it when I saw it. But anyways watcha think, oh and the rider seat will soon be recovered black. 1st pic is before the rebuild

Okay, I can see the pics better now, and since you're looking for opinions I'll give ya some. I like the bike, I noticed you've powdercoated most of the stuff black. Now, see if you can get that gas -cap powdercoated maroon to match the tank. You'll be surprised what it'll do. Also, powdercoat the swingarm black. Chrome wheels on a bike like this with so much powder look akward to me. I'd like to see them carbon fiber, painted the same color as your fairings, or just black.

I'm too lazy to post pics of my bike, or I would. One of these days I'll get some before and afters up here...you'll see what I mean.

thanx for the opinions. well im gonna powder coat the gas cap lava black tonight. would go with a color match but it wouldn't be exact. I had thought about blacking the rims and arm out, but it would be to dark. And since im prob gonna sell it the "bling" would most likely help. The black dudes around here love the bling lol.

The bling will help you on that sale I'm sure. Research marketing....looks like you did some! HA!!! If you're gonna sell it, then yea, don't do sh*t to it. Good job savin it though.

That was quick! Made a big difference too. I just spoke with my buddy that owns a PC buisness. I'll have mine torn down and in there in no time. I'm waiting to get it done before I post pics. That gas cap looks better now.
