I know that the factory pro ignition advancer, andvances the ignition timing on the bike 4 degrees. I have one on my yzf600r and thought it felt it had better acceleration after the mod.

my question is ,I've been pondering my future mods and I was wondering if I got the pc3r (the one with the ignition advancing ability) would I need the ignition advance at all? or can I use them together?

for anyone with the ignition advancer, how hard is it to install yourself?

will I need any special tools or is it a matter of just removing the old one and slapping on the new one?
