Thumbs up Hindle header

Anybody have a Hindle header on their 929? I'm wanting to know the OD measurements of the primaries.
Thanks-

I think Micron has best performance...I'm trying it now on dyno and will custom make for few sets.

Ok, am I missing something here? To me those headers look crushed.
That kind of restriction is going to improve performance, how?

As far as the thread starter, can't help ya there, sorry. Not in my scope.

Good luck, though, Ern

Yes..I will, but its taking long to to test and make, theres different angel around to make and try, also I will make many set for test for the best result..

BUT for my knowledge! If you have big bored engine and racing valves, springs, that would be different story..

I did my CBR929rr with many engine mods, titanium rods, big bored to be 954cc, and ti-valves, springs....flywheel 13000rpm aligment...

see my first sample here..

These sample have just made it, but masure the weight is not too much save,,Next will going to CNC machine to run for it..
Once I have test it, I will go to make my the other race bike, too
I'm not dealer Just too much love to ride ...

They're micron serpent heads and they work. The concept is based on fluid dynamics. As exhaust leaves the head and hits the first bend, centrifugal force forces the gas to the outside of the pipe creating a vacuum and turbulence on the inside of the bend. By shaping the pipe in this way, it eliminates this phenomenon and allows the pulse to travel with less restriction and turbulence by forcing the gases to fill into the sides of the bend. Most pipes are designed on the theory of a garden hose which is incorrect as the pipe does not ever stay completely "filled" Its filled and exhausted in pulses which create different dynamics in the pipe.

They figured that out and quite well IMO.

Thanks, Ern

I'd love to see an animation of that flow. It sounds interesting but some 3d would clinch it.

Nice, I went with Carrillo rods but lightened the crank a lot...
