bike usually goes to 2500-3000 till it warm up,but now it starts runs at 2800 for 10 seconds then jumps to 4000 for 20 seconds,then starts its way down.with my d&d pipe its not nice at 6am to hear that..for the next door people.i have tried giving it a quick twist,it still goes back to 4000 till starts to warm.i did try some adjust near the throttle bodies,i turned the nut while holding the rod,only turned a little cuz i wasnt sure about it..any idea's.i am also wondering,if i am running way to lean,i have bolt on miffler and bmc filter.just changed plugs and they looked fine.my first commander acted up,so should i really spend 300 on a usb pc3.so many other things i want instead.i saved up,and want to be sure before i blow it all on one part.that 300 could get me the rest of my goodies,but engine is first priority,but if it doesnt need 1 i dont want 1..thanks for any and all help

 

try backing the idle adjuster off a little...it's by the left mid fairing
