I'll have to take some pics.The installation of the bulbs are the same design as the oem type bulb except a little longer. It take as much time to replace the HID bulb as it does the oem bulb. There is glare but I rather be seen then not seen. The glare is hard to capture on camera but I can try. I get a few high beams every once and a while but not really a whole lot. If people in the area arn't use to HID's then you'l get it more but people around cincy here are fairly use to HID's and isn't a huge deal.
