Default help i goofed

ahh ok i loaded up my bike this morning and drove 5 hours only to fond out when i roll up to the hotell i left my bikes key on the kitchen table at home! is there any way to hot wire my 00 929 to get me by im in pigeon forge,TN with my family thanks guys

I would check with a honda dealer. If you give them your vin they may be able to look up the key code and make you a new key. They might require that you have the title with you though.

A locksmith could cut a new key, but it won't be cheap.

Guess who doesn't carry a spare key in his wallet.

And why I do

Cheapest answer is leave the bike on the trailer until you get home. Dealers will want to see paperwork and locksmiths may not have the blank you need.

Th 929 came wit th HISS. Which pretty much keeps ppl from hot wiring it. Jus keep th bike on th trailer like Shadow said an when u get home make a spare.

ok well dealer wanted title, 2 forms of id, and first born child. my problem i just got the bike last week lol so title is still in the mail plus they wanted 65 bucks for 2 keys and two week wait, so i looked up my bike its a US made and dont have the h.i.s.s on it, i called up locksmiths in the area no one would mess with it till i found this old man working outta his house he ran my ignitions numbers and cut me out a key took him 5mins and cost me 20 bucks for two! rode it all day thanks for the replys guys now off this subjet what are some good upgrades for this bike? already has a full two brothers exhaust and been remaped via a laptop
