Hey all, I had a question about gearing, I hear about lower and higher gearing and the way it affects acceleration at different rpms. I understand the basics on gearing and gear ratios, but can someone explain when it is more appropriate to have a wider or shorter ratio? One more thing, when I found this bike, it had different sprockets on it, and through some research, I found that this particular sprocket set up was mainly used for doing wheelies. What would be the best sprocket/gearing to have for milder hill style riding?
