Default fuel pump or wiring problems??

I have a 2000 929 and i cant figure out what is wrong with it. It has been acting up lately when i try to clutch it up in 2nd gear it will stall and then shut off, as if it is flooding out. It normally starts right back up, but not this time. When i turn the key on i dont hear the fuel pump turn on......previously it would do the same thing but i would let it sit for a few minutes then try it again the fuel pump would turn on and then it would start. could the fuel pump have finally taken a dump or is it a short somewhere? also when it hasent been started in a few days i turn the key on and nothing happens...i tap the start switch and then the fuel pump turns on... Does anybody Know what tha heck could be the problem???

Might post this in the 929 section or stunters corner. Forum Help & Suggestion center is just for forum problems/suggestions. Not for bike issues.

There is a bank angle sensor located under the seat some people relocate it if they stunt, or I beleive you can some how bypass it all together. What the Bank Angle Sensor does is in the case you lay your bike down it will cut the the fuel and the ignition so the bike will not keep running.
