Will a fuel pump from any of the other models fit my '00 929?

 

929 and 954 fuel pumps are the exact same....And im sure a few others are the same as well....=-)

 

dude like i mentioned in your other thread your fuel pump might be fine but there are other reasons that will cause the fuel pump not to prime such as the kill switch and the B.A.S (bank angle sensor.. or more commonly refered to as the "tip" over sensor) check these things 1st and im sure you will find the problem within there

 

the pump is definately bad, I pulled it today and tested it by itself, no go.
Honda wants like $370.....uh, no thanks. after a little research, found out our pumps are of the same series made by denso that was used in the mid 90's mitsubishi 3000gt, but the mitsu has a higher flow rate. sounds like an upgrade to me! picked one up at advance today for $130. I'll let you all know how it works. -Phillip
